2011 will be the second staging of the Rhondda Cycle Challenge, fundraising for the Boys' and Girls' Clubs of Rhondda.

Date: 3rd July 2011    Start Time: 10:30am    (Form-up 10.15  Check-In from 9.00)

The event will commence from the Treorchy Boys and Girls club (CF42 6UD) adjacent to the Co-op supermarket in Treorchy and continue via a 40 mile circular route to the Treorchy Rugby Club .

Please Note: Advance Registration Only - No Entry on the Day

Registration for the event is £15 in advance (no entry on the day) or £60 for a block entry of a team with 5 riders. Entries must be received no later than 24th June 2011.

We ask all participants to raise as much sponsorship money as possible for the clubs. Those raising in excess of £50 will be refunded the £15 registration fee. All riders will be presented with a commemorative medal.

The event is for riders over 16 years of age only, those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

An informal social gathering will be held at Treorchy Rugby Club late afternoon / early evening for riders and companions. Anyone wishing to stay overnight in Treorchy can get details of accommodation at hotels and guest houses by clicking on "Accommodation".
