Entry & Sponsorship Forms

N.B. The challenge is open to all aged 16yrs and over. Those under 18 yrs must be accompanied on the ride by a responsible adult.

E-mail You can get your forms by e-mail, to print out, complete and return, by sending your details to: entry@rhonddacyclechallenge.co.uk

Please include the following in your e-mail:

Name, Address, Landline & Mobile phone numbers.

Please also let us know if you intend raising sponsorship so we can send you the appropriate forms.

In Person You can pick up entry and sponsorship forms at:

By Telephone  If you do not have your own e-mail facility you can have forms sent to you by ringing the Entry Coordinator, Selwyn Jones, on 01443 675318.
